The painting "The
Three Graces" was the starting point of an extended creative
period in the life of the Artist, even up to this day. His oeuvre
before this work of art was completely different, encompassing
the student years, culminating with the six oil works on canvas
and paper with which he obtained his Bachelor degree in art.
Unfortunately, none of these six works were recorded graphically.
The step up to this present creativity, which started in 1993,
was greatly influenced by a radical change in his artistic life.
He became a drawing professor in a plastic arts school, and
could spend most of his time painting, surrounded by his students,
interchanging ideas with them during the two years of his tenure.
"The Three Graces" was conceived from his indefatigable
creative labor, the legacy he received from the classics plus
the sum of today's events and themes. Due to suggestive color
schemes, the technical mastery of his trade, including a thorough
composition study, this painting will open the door of his future
artistic success. |
